Privacy policy

Short version: no tracking cookies, no ads, no selling data. We only keep what you send us: a message to reply to, or an email address for the newsletter.

Who we are

This website is run by The90Pro, the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@the90pro.com about anything in this policy.

Cookies

We set one cookie, and only when you pick a language: “t90-lang” remembers English or Romanian for a year. It is needed for the choice to stick, tracks nothing, and so there is no cookie banner. If you follow teams or competitions, the list of what you follow is kept in your own browser (local storage, under “t90:follows”) so the home page can show your teams. It never leaves your device and we never see it; clear your browser data or unfollow to remove it.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Umami, running on our own server in the European Union. It sets no cookies and keeps no IP addresses: only totals like page views, the pages that sent you here, the type of device and the country. Nothing is shared with anyone else. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in knowing which pages people read (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).

When you contact us

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, what you tell us about yourself and your message. We use them only to reply and to do the work you ask for (article 6(1)(b), or 6(1)(f) for a general question), and delete them when they are no longer needed, at the latest after two years. The form is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email service that processes it on our behalf under a data processing agreement, in its EU region.

Supporters

If you support us on Buy Me a Coffee, we may list the display name you chose there, the month and your public message on our supporters page. Nothing else from your payment reaches this site. Ask us and we take it down.

Newsletter

If you sign up for the weekly email, we keep your email address on our subscriber list, held for us by Resend under a data processing agreement. Resend is based in the United States and may process the address there, with the safeguards that agreement sets out. We use it only to send the newsletter, because you asked for it (article 6(1)(a)). Before anything is stored we email you a link to confirm; if you don't click it, nothing is kept. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; after that you get no more emails, and you can ask us to delete the address completely. If you pick clubs or competitions for the email, we store those picks with your address, only once you have confirmed it, and delete them when you unsubscribe.

Hosting and security

The site runs on Hetzner servers in the European Union. Like any website, the server sees your IP address to send you the page and keeps it in technical logs for a few days, to keep the site secure and working (article 6(1)(f)). The data images (club crests, competition logos, player photos) are served through Cloudflare, which also sees your IP address to deliver them. To stop abuse, the contact form counts recent messages per IP address in memory, for at most 15 minutes.

Links to other sites

Our social profiles and the Buy Me a Coffee page are on other sites with their own privacy policies. Nothing from them loads on our pages until you click through.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or to get a copy, by writing to contact@the90pro.com. We reply within a month. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Romania that is ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
